This installation kit includes everything you need to get your CSXC-1 chiller up and running (unless you already have a pump / existing circulation loop, in which case you may not need the installation kit).
We offer kits with or without our exclusive 180 degree U-bend barb fittings. They make routing the tubing in and out of your tank MUCH easier while also preventing kinks.
Other pumps will work but we recommend Taam Rio pumps since they are powerful, efficient, quiet, and feature a ceramic shaft.
Note: The Rio 180 pump included in the install kit has a maximum vertical lift height of 2 feet.
INCLUDED:
- Rio 180 pump with 1/2" ID hose adapter and snap-grip hose clamp (necessary unless you have an existing pump or water circulation loop)
- Two 180 degree U-Bend clear barb fittings (optional, we will include 4 extra snap-grip hose clamps if you purchase the U-Bends)
- 8 Feet of 1/2" ID flexible vinyl tubing
- **The pumps will work on 120v only, not 240v. If you want to use the pump in this kit on 240v you need to use a voltage converter.**
